Welcome to Slime Chef. These terms apply to use of www.slimechef.com.au and purchases from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

2. Products and descriptions
We sell realistic food-inspired slime products, creative kits, Felt Chef products and accessories. We aim for accurate descriptions and images, but handmade or assembled items may vary slightly in appearance, colour and texture. Screen displays can vary too. Products and availability may change.
3. Product safety
Warning: not food, do not eat. Slime Chef food-inspired creations are not edible. Slime products are recommended for ages 7+, with adult supervision. Some products contain small parts. Follow all product labels and our Slime Care & Safety page. Felt Chef products have their own age guidance and warnings on the packaging.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including cards, Afterpay, PayPal and Shop Pay. Third-party payment options have their own terms. An order isn't ready for processing until payment is authorised.
5. Orders and availability
After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, there's an obvious pricing error or we can't fulfil an order. If we can't fulfil an accepted order, we'll provide an appropriate refund.
6. Promotions and discounts
Sales, codes and promotions may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, exclusions or limits. Unless expressly allowed, offers can't be combined. Free standard Australian shipping applies from $150 in eligible product subtotal after discounts and before shipping.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, excluding Victorian public holidays, and longer in busy periods. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
We don't offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on Slime Chef or Felt Chef products, including sale items. See our Returns & Refunds policy. All purchases remain subject to consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Slime care
Slime texture and appearance may change with time, temperature, handling and storage. Natural changes aren't automatically faults, but we'll assess any concern in line with consumer guarantees.
10. Custom, bulk and personalised orders
We don't currently offer custom or personalised products as a standard service. Bulk or special event orders may have additional terms agreed before confirmation.
11. Website content and intellectual property
Slime Chef branding, product imagery, written content and website materials are owned by Slime Chef or used with permission and must not be reproduced or used commercially without authorisation.
12. Acceptable website use
You must not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
13. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses caused by misuse of products or failure to follow care and safety instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that can't lawfully be excluded.
